Our founder
Behind Remise en Ordre, an entrepreneur who's been through it herself.
My name is Aline Miranda.
Like many entrepreneurs, I've built, grown and run several businesses in Belgium myself. Along the way, I've supported hundreds of business owners facing the same struggles: understanding their obligations, structuring their business, dealing with an audit, or rebuilding after a difficult period.
It all started with my own story. Over three years, I went through four audits and paid more than €30,000 in fines.
I hired a lawyer, then an accountant. Neither one solved my situation. I ended up having to handle everything myself.
Digging into each file, I realized that some of the demands made during those audits went beyond what those authorities are actually allowed to ask for. So I reached out directly to several public administrations to understand exactly what their real powers, and their limits, were.
That understanding, earned the hard way and at my own expense, is what pushed me to specialize in this. I started out supporting other businesses in the same situation for free. That work has since become my profession: Remise en Ordre.
I quickly saw that experience repeating itself in others. Many business owners are excellent at what they do, but often find themselves alone facing a complex administration and obligations that keep changing.
After an audit, that isolation only gets worse.
The inspectors leave. The findings stay. The deadlines keep running.
Very few businesses know how to reorganize on their own after that.
This direct dialogue with the authorities, built file by file since my own audits, now speeds up the resolution of yours.
